The Fairey Gannet  was on the factory’s drawing board in the late 1940’s, and was built as the world’s first nuclear capable anti- submarine turboprop aircraft which actively served during the “Cold War” for the Royal Navy and also saw active service with the Australian, German and Indonesian Navy’s. Join us and enjoy a journey, and closer look at her unique history from the beginning as WN365 through to XT752. From the ups and downs, to the current and future life of the world’s only Fairey Gannet that became a prototype and new development TWICE, with an amazing service history through military and civilian care.
